Board of Directors Meeting
April 3, 2008, 7:00 p.m.
Werth home – 2201 S Westgate Circle

President Debby Werth called the meeting to order. Present were Don and Sharon Madison, Dana Plagmann, Bruce Werth, and Peggy Bennett.

Dana Plagmann went through some Treasurer’s information she felt we should all know. The official Treasurer documents were then turned over to Peggy Bennett.

Debby provided a list of items that she felt needed to be addressed. The Board reviewed the list and other items were added. The members then went through the list, created task lists and individuals were assigned to follow through. Follow-up on items will be discussed at the next meeting.

Debby felt it was important the board members meet monthly until the Association was on track with its new Board. Everyone present agreed.

The next meeting was scheduled for May 8th at 7:00 p.m. at Don and Sharon Madison’s home at 2221 S. Westgate Circle.

With no further business, the meeting adjourned.
