Sheri Irsik, President, called the meeting to order.

Dana Plagman gave a Treasurer's report and ran through the 2007 budget. She announced getting dues in this year was so painless as compared to prior years. In celebration, the $50 gift card which was offered, one was drawn for a westsider and one from the east side. Winners were Don & Kelly Bishop (10306 W. Haskell) and Brett Parham (2315 S. Stoney Point).

Sheri reported on the activities scheduled for 2007. All are included in the attached newsletter. Coming right up was this year's Easter Egg Hunt. For the adults, there would be a ham raffle.

Dana discussed the idea of wanting to put reflective address numbers of the curb for all the homeowners in the Association. We can get them put on for $8 each. Reed Bennett moved the Association have the reflective address numbers installed. Bruce Werth seconded the motion and it passed.

Dana discussed the Board's desire to purchase a couple of garage sale banners that would be used on a yearly basis. Reed Bennett was going to get a price from a contact he had. Tabitha Pearce indicated she would get one from Jet Printing as well.

As the Board had experienced a number of its members moving from the Board, we asked for anyone attending if they would be interested in serving. Jennifer Yarnold and Tabitha Pearce agreed to serve.
