Our Thanks!
The Board is hearing less complaints about trash cans so our appreciation goes to everyone who is doing such a great job of moving trash cans in and out on pickup days.
With the weather (hopefully) getting better soon, please be considerate when you park trailers, boats, RV's and other large vehicles in the development. According to our covenants, RV's and trailers cannot be continually parked on any street. Junk vehicles are also not welcome. If your neighbors complain, prepare to be contacted. Don’t forget mowing season will be here soon.
Are you seeing the new trees?
Homeowners is our Association are taking advantage of the City’s Tree Program. We have a number of homeowners who have newly planted trees that really look terrific. Thank you so much for having them put in.
Be sure to take a drive through the Development and see all the trees with the few buds and flowers on them. Once they are well-established, they’ll be beautiful. While we’ve learned the City doesn’t have any more trees this year, we have heard that if you get your name on the list, they will have more available next year. To take advantage of this program contact: The Forestry Dept., Attn: Colleen, 316-268-4222.
2008 Association Dues
Please don't forget to send in your 2007 Homeowner's Association Dues if you haven't already. The deadline for dues was December 31, 2007. Second notices will have gone out. Know we'd rather spend Association money on neighborhood amenities than filing property liens so consider sending them in quickly! |
